Most smaller jobs that have a labor time span of up to 2 hours. All time will be tracked with our tech onsite.

No assessment fees will be applied to the work that are within the limitations of the monthly membership. Any extra work needed will past the monthly membership time span will be required a regular assessment fee.

Smaller drywall repairs, request an assessment to check on sizing of drywall repair.
Repair of hinges or adjustment of hinges, door knob/handle replacements, weatherstripping replacements
Most routine maintenance and upkeep jobs that have a labor time span of up to 4 hours. All time will be tracked with our tech onsite.
Get on the schedule within the same week requested for work needed.
Everything in the Base Care Membership will be included with the Routine Maintenance Membership.
Get Seasonal Routine Gutter Upkeep & Clean Outs. Recommended for seasonal quarterly only.
Minor repairs or maintenance of any gates, fences, or decks (including pressure washing).
Any replacements of Air Filters. Recommended only once a month at minimum.
Maintenance Upkeep and replacements of any smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or gas leak detectors.
Minor maintenance & upkeep on smaller appliances. Such as dryer vent clean outs, dryer & washer line installations, removal, or replacements.
Any work outside the Membership Limitations on time span will be extra charges with a 10% discount on labor.

Members will recieve unlimited work needed that has a time span of 30 min or less in which the tech will decide if the job requested qualifies or not due to the time span of labor. Mostly for smaller repairs like light changes, filter replacements, outlet/switch swap outs, door knob/handle replacements, and more.

Matt provided a great service! I recommended him to my parents and they loved him also. He installed permanent Christmas lights for us. He is reliable, friendly and reasonably priced.

I was referred to Matthew by my sister who also had Christmas lights installed in her house. He did a great job installing our Govee Permanent Lights! Price is also very fair not overpriced at all. I highly recommend him for anyone who want their Christmas lights installed for this Christmas season
